When will I receive my order?
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, then shipped directly from our warehouse. Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number by email to follow your package.
Is payment secure on your website?
Yes, absolutely. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments using SSL encryption. Your payment information is never stored on our servers — transactions are handled safely and privately through trusted partners like Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied?
Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If you’re not fully satisfied, simply contact us at support@auraplush.com, and we’ll refund your payment within 7 business days via the same method used for your purchase.

How can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If you made a mistake or need to update your delivery details, please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order. We can still update your address before the order is processed. Once the parcel is shipped, we’re unfortunately unable to modify the delivery address.
